Powell Electronics is increasing the tempo of its expansion into the European market.

Technical staff have been added to the headcount to support design-in activities and a swathe of new franchise agreements have been completed.
The market push is being led Gary Evans (pictured), a seasoned connector professional who had previously occupied senior management positions at Harwin, Deutsch and ITT. He was appointed to redefine the Powell’s European business.

Evans is also building a strong, experienced team to support European customers.
